Below is some helpful information you might wish to know about staying with Clube da Quinta in Quinta do Lago. If you need any further information or have any questions, please do not hesistate to contact the team.

What is the check-in process?

Check-in is from 16:00 on your arrival date. You can check-in at the Clube da Quinta office, or let us know in advance if you would prefer contactless check-in and we’ll prepare the property so you can go straight to there.

Where is the Clube da Quinta office?

We are located at Q Hub, in Quinta do Lago’s Roundabout 2. From 15th July to 15th September we are open 7 days a week, from 08:00 to 20:00. For the remainder of the year, we are open Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

What benefits does the Clube da Quinta card offer?
A range of benefits are available during your stay, including free transfers within the resort and free entry to resort events like Picnics in the Park. The full benefits list in included within your welcome pack. A 5€ charge applies in the event of loss.

What cleaning is included in my rental reservation?

Your rental property is deep cleaned prior to your arrival, using state-of-the-art sanitisation sprayers. Quinta do Lago is approved Clean & Safe by Turismo de Portugal. Weekly rentals are cleaned twice during your stay, and stays for two weeks or more are cleaned 3 times on first weeks and twice on last week. (With the exception of Villas Alvas C that has only one cleaning per week).

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

Yes. Please contact us directly and we will take care of this for you. A fee applies.

Are pool / beach towels available for our use?

Yes. They can be found inside the property. If you require any additional towels, please let us know.
 

When and where does bin collection take place?

The bin collection is made every day by Infraquinta. You can see the collection route and timings here.

 

What bathroom toiletries are refilled during our stay? 

 Toilet paper is replaced in the housekeeping service. 

 

Where is the nearest beach?

Quinta do Lago beach is located across the wooden bridge at Roundabout 6.

 

 Where can I find the nearest train station and timetables?

The nearest train station for routes in Algarve is in Almancil. For routes to Lisbon the nearest train station is in Loulé. You can find the timetables here, let us know your preferred timings and we can book tickets and transfers for you.

How can I contact the local taxi service?

 We have a range of contacts for reputable local taxis and transfers. Please contact us and we will arrange this for you.


 

What is the check-out process?

Check-out is at 10:00 on your day of departure. Before you leave the property, please close and local all windows and doors, switch off all lights and small appliances. Report any missing items to a member of our team. Keys can be dropped off at the Clube da Quinta office. Let us know if you would like to arrange a late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate.
 

How do I book activities and restaurants reservations in Quinta do Lago?
For all resort activities, reservations and recommendations, please contact the Clube da Quinta team directly.

Is there access to UK and international TV channels?

Yes, all TV’s have access to UK and international channels.
 

Can I request extra cleaning? 
Yes. Please contact us directly to book any additional cleaning. A fee applies.

 

Is private catering/private chef service available?

Yes, our concierge service will be delighted to help arrange this for you.
 

Do you offer at home beauty services?

Yes. We have great connections with specialist home beauty services who will be glad to help you.

 

Does Quinta do Lago offer babysitting services?

Yes, we are pleased to provide professional babysitting services. Please contact us and we will take care of this for you.

 

Are BBQ gas bottles and refills available?

Yes, a gas bottle is supplied in the rental property. Should it run out, simply contact our team and we will replace it.

 

Which sports facilities do we offer?

The Campus is our high-performance multisports hub. With state-of-the-art sports and fitness facilities and equipment, expert coaches and amazing activities, it’s the home of active living in Quinta do Lago. If you would like to book any activities or find out more, contact us.

 

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is Pingo Doce, inside Quinta Shopping at Roundabout 1. There is also Apolonia Supermarket and Food & CO/ TESCO in Almancil, which stocks UK products.
 

Where are the nearest local markets?

 The local markets in the Algarve are a fantastic experience, where you can purchase fresh produce as well as handcrafted items. Let us know if you would like to go to the market, we will be happy to arrange transportation and/or a guide.
