As the Head Chef of Q Chef, John Nolan brings over 30 years of culinary expertise from around the world. His passion for cooking and dedication to quality ensure every dish is a masterpiece.

John has extensive expertise in the catering industry, and will meticulously procure the finest ingredients from local markets, fishermen, suppliers, and our own herb and vegetable garden, Q Farm.

Dedicated to making your event truly exceptional, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond.

Pricing

Our bespoke dining experiences start at €3,500 during the low season (November to February) and €5,000 during the high season (March to October). We require a 30% deposit upon booking to secure your event date.
