This magnificent and modern 6-bedroom villa is located just 5 minutes from the Quinta do Lago lake. At the entrance of the property is a large entrance hall with an impressive staircase that leads to the first floor, along with a comfortable lounge area. The living room has direct access to the pool and terrace with BBQ and ample space for al fresco dining and relaxing days in the sun. There is a charming dining room, as well as a breakfast room, leading to the large and extremely well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything you would expect from a luxury property such as this. You can also enjoy a pleasant swimming pool and a garden with sun loungers. On this same floor are the laundry room and two double rooms with a private bathroom and direct access to the pool. On the first floor there is the master suite with a balcony and a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a double bedroom en suite.
