There is a beautiful formal dining room, along with a breakfast room, both take you to a large, extremely well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. On the same floor, are two double bedrooms en suite with shower and access to the pool area. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and balcony. The property has two additional twin bedrooms with en suite (one bedroom with bath and one bedroom with shower), both with two extra pull-out beds, a cot and an en suite bathroom.  The swimming pool can be heated (additional cost) and has a fence around it, the gardens are secure and it also has security gates on the stairs which makes this villa the ideal holiday home for families with young children.
