The expansive living room is outfitted with a Bang & Olufsen sound system and comfortable seating for ten. Adjacent is the dining room, with a round table seating ten, which leads to a bespoke kitchen and family room. The family room includes a snug area with a reclining sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with state-of-the-art Miele appliances.
The kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring a Lacanche range with mains gas burners and an electric oven, a professional Convotherm oven for precise cooking with steam and heat, a DeLonghi coffee machine for freshly brewed coffee and milk frothing, made-to-measure refrigerator drawers, and a professional ice machine. Two Bosch dishwashers in a prep kitchen and an American-style fridge freezer complete the space.
The property now offers five double bedrooms, accommodating up to ten guests, with two rooms featuring permanent double beds (including children and infants). Importantly, all bedrooms are en-suite for the utmost comfort and privacy.

The saltwater pool measures approximately 12m x 6m and can be heated. Surrounding the pool are sun terraces, loungers, and a cozy seating area. A covered barbecue space includes a table, an XL Green Egg, and a wood-fired oven for pizzas and more. At night, the illuminated grounds create a magical ambiance for entertaining or relaxation.
The villa is equipped with individual air conditioning units, a ceiling fan in the snug area, and fly screens on all windows and doors. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
