Quinta do Lago is home to the only Paul McGinley Academy in the world. Founded in 2011 by the captain of the 2014 Winning Ryder Cup team, the academy aims to cultivate and improve golfers by providing you with the tools and techniques used by professionals on tour.

Operated by trained TaylorMade technicians, golfers receive a custom fitting experience testing hundreds of club and iron combinations, ensuring the best fit for every player’s physical characteristics and swing. JUNIOR CLUB
The Junior Golf Club is proud to welcome such ambitious and talented young golfers under its wing. Junior Club golfers benefit from weekly lessons all year round with the Academy golf pros, working toward goals to enter national and international tournaments, continually improving skill and posture with state-of-the-art technical analysis and, above all, are able to enjoy this great sport with friends. Children of all levels are welcome to join.

Proper physical preparation can take strokes off your score, prevent injuries and help you enjoy your game even more. JUNIOR CUP
The Paul McGinley Junior Cup 2023 invites young golfers with golf handicap to Quinta do Lago for an unforgettable golf experience. The tournament will begin with a practice round, followed by the competition day, which Paul McGinley will host on one of Quinta do Lago's world-class golf courses.
