Some mornings ask for coffee. This one asks for coastline, calm, and a very good stretch. Join us on the 4th of June, from 09:00 to 11:00, for The Campus Morning Beach Yoga & Smoothies, set against the sea views of Quinta do Lago Beach, Quinta do Lago.

This uplifting session is designed to gently wake the body, clear the mind, and remind your posture who’s in charge.

You’ll discover energising movement, fresh air, and the kind of scenery that makes switching off feel completely natural. After class, drift into Gigi’s beautiful restaurant space for a nourishing smoothie and açai bowl because balance should always include breakfast.

Easy vibes, brighter energy, and a smarter way to start the day. Spaces won’t stretch forever. Book your mat, bring your best inhale, and meet us by the sea.
