Resort Services Receptionist (M/F) Department — Clube da Quinta


The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Resort Services Receptionist (M/F).

The Resort Services Receptionist (M/F) is responsible for undertaking various administrative tasks and providing personalized services according to customer requests.

  • Bachelor's or Degree in Business, Hotel Management or Tourism
  • Previous experience in property management and customer service
  • Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Extranet, CRM
  • Computer skills (good level of Microsoft Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interrelations skills
  • Good time management
  • Guest oriented and service minded
  • Ability to anticipate and address guests needs
  • Ability to analyses and solve problem

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative tasks for the Clube da Quinta Department (Property Management)
  • Be the preferred contact point for Quinta do Lago customers and residents of Quinta do Lago
  • Respond to customer requests in person, via email and telephone
  • Daily fresh bread delivery to rental villas
  • Show Properties that are available to rent to clients
  • Administering villa Check-In’s 
  • Resort Tour
  • Carry out tasks to ensure quality  service before customers arrive at the villages
  • Confirm & enter guest details; check-in/check-out guest reservations in HOST system
