Reservations Agent - Resort Quinta do Lago Department — Reservations & Revenue

Candidates are being recruited for the Quinta do Lago Group for the position of Reservations Agent. The Reservations Agent responds to all reservation requests and inquiries regarding golf courses and restaurant reservations of the Quinta do Lago Group in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.

Fluency in Portuguese and English;

Higher education (Preferred Factor);

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Customer and detail orientation;

Time management, organization, and planning skills;

Ability to work in a team;

Basic knowledge of user optics (PC Skills & Microsoft Office);

Good problem identification and resolution skills;

Ability to multitask and resilience;

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by seeking out customer needs and providing courteous and efficient attention in a cheerful and helpful manner.

Facilitate the flow of customers through the accurate and efficient processing of reservations, by providing clear, concise, and precise information to clients.

Respond to all reservation inquiries through all mediums, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner.

Use a variety of computer systems to create or edit reservations, execute daily reports, weekly sales reports, monitor golf course rates, and availability.

Handle all guest interactions and respond to guest requests (in person, by phone, or email) with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. 

Resolve customer complaints; assist customers with all inquiries related to golf course bookings, restaurant bookings, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Assist in the promoting booking specials reservations.

Have knowledge of all booking procedures in accordance with brand standards.

If there are unupdated reservations in the company's software, then process those reservations manually.
