Receptionist - Night Auditor - Quinta do Lago Group

Procuramos um Night Auditor para integrar o novo projeto QDL Residences, garantindo um serviço de excelência, rigor operacional e apoio às operações noturnas.
Experience in reception or similar roles, preferably within the hospitality sector;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an asset);
Excellent intercultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds;
Strong team spirit and good written and verbal communication skills;
High attention to detail;
Active listening skills and empathy;
Strong organisational and time‑management skills;
Ability to manage complaints and conflicts (both internal and external);
Strong customer‑focused mindset;
Sense of responsibility, dynamism and autonomy;
Availability to work night shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities
Perform the end‑of‑day closing, verifying all financial transactions (payments, postings, charges).
Check for discrepancies between systems (PMS, POS), reconcile accounts and correct errors.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Carry out check‑in and check‑out procedures during the night shift.
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
Ensure clear communication regarding hotel services and procedures.
Maintain communication with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance) to handle urgent requests.
Prepare documentation and reports for the following shift.
Monitor access points and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of guests and facilities.
Count and balance cash floats.
Document all actions taken.
