We are currently seeking an HR Planning & Control Specialist to join our team.


This role plays a strategic part in the management and control of people data, ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing, the reliability of information, and the production of strategic insights to support high-level decision-making.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in payroll, controlling, reporting or analytical roles
  • Previous experience within a Human Resources environment (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with HR systems and advanced knowledge of PHC software
  • Strong knowledge of management control and financial analysis
  • High analytical ability and strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities


We Value

Key Responsibilities

 

Payroll & Compliance

  • Ensure the accurate and timely monthly processing of salaries, allowances, bonuses, commissions, overtime, absences, sick leave, holidays and other remuneration components
  • Guarantee full legal, tax and labour compliance, monitoring legislative changes and ensuring their correct implementation

Control, Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce high-quality periodic reports for the Human Resources Management and Executive Board, with critical analysis of variances, trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse key HR indicators, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs, productivity and cost structure
  • Develop dashboards and advanced HR Analytics, supporting strategic decision-making

Planning & Cost Control

  • Analyse and control staff-related costs, including social charges, benefits, overtime and operational efficiency
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial reviews related to human capital costs

Financial Integration & Systems

  • Ensure the accurate integration of payroll data with Accounting, including validation of cost centres, chart of accounts, accruals, provisions and journal entries
  • Ensure the consistency, reliability and accuracy of HR databases
  • Promote continuous improvement of data collection, validation and processing workflows

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes, reporting, internal controls and automation
  • Support strategic HR projects, including workforce planning and cost optimisation

 

Collaboration & HR Management Support

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Accounting and Operations teams
  • Prepare data and documentation to support internal and external audits and inspections
  • Provide general support to the Human Resources Management, contributing to both strategic and operational initiatives
