At a time of strong growth and evolution within our F&B portfolio, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – KOKO Restaurant to join our team and actively contribute to this journey.

 

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant and in the execution of their duties, acting as their replacement in their absence. Among their responsibilities, they supervise and support the team whenever necessary, ensuring service excellence in line with the Group’s quality standards.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within luxury hospitality or resorts
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on guests, service standards and quality
  • Ability to make an impact and actively contribute to a growing project

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in the overall management of the restaurant
  • Ensure high operational and service standards
  • Deliver a guest experience consistent with luxury positioning
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency
