At a time of strong growth and evolution within our food and beverage portfolio, we are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to join our team and actively contribute to this journey.

 

The Opportunity

This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence and is ideal for an ambitious professional seeking to grow within a dynamic, demanding environment with real impact. You will work closely with the F&B Directorate, contributing to the development of concepts, guest experiences, and new outlets.

 

 

 

 

 

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within luxury hospitality or resorts
    • Experience overseeing multiple restaurants
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with a long-term development vision
    • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in concepts, service and customer experience
    • High level of resilience and ability to adapt to fast-paced and demanding environments
    • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
    • High ambition for professional growth and leadership development
    • Experience in F&B opening or development projects
    • Excellent leadership, people management and team development skills
    • Solid financial knowledge (budgeting, cost control, revenue optimisation)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to quality and service standards
    • Ability to generate impact and actively contribute to a growing project

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

    • Support the F&B Management in the integrated management of multiple restaurants
    • Ensure high operational and service standards across all outlets
    • Contribute to growth and innovation strategies within F&B
    • Participate in the development and opening of new concepts
    • Monitor financial performance (costs, margins, revenue) and propose improvements
    • Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams
    • Ensure a customer experience consistent with the luxury positioning
    • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency
