QDL Cocktail Week 2026 Spring Edition is taking over May with a week-long celebration of mixology, where every venue has something to pour and proudly garnish. From Gigi’s Bar, Bovino Steakhouse, The Shack, Umami, Casa do Lago, Dano’s Sports Bar, to Casa Velha, each spot is shaking up two signature cocktails, with at least one also available in a non-alcoholic version (because great taste doesn’t always need a twist of spirits).

Expect clever blends, bold flavours, and drinks designed to spark conversation. Think refined classics reworked, playful seasonal mixes, and creations that know exactly what they’re doing in a glass. To keep things interesting, pick up your Cocktail Week “passport" - your official excuse to explore each venue, sip your way through the collection, and maybe even discover a new favourite (or two).
