• Deliver exceptional customer service and support through face-to-face interactions, email correspondence, and telephone enquiries;
• Identify replenishment requirements and ensure the shop floor remains well-organised and fully stocked;
• Promote product sales and contribute towards achieving monthly sales targets;
• Process till transactions, including payments, exchanges and returns;
• Label, organise and replenish merchandise;
• Assist with stock control activities and inventory counts;
• Ensure the shop maintains a high standard of presentation, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
