As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen the QDL Residences Reception team with motivated, dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an exceptional service to our property owners.

Proven experience in Front-Office, preferably within a luxury hospitality or premium residential environment;
Experience in administrative organisation;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Knowledge of the Host system (preferred);
Availability to work shifts, including weekends;
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit;
High sense of responsibility, discretion, autonomy, and proactivity;
Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong customer-focused approach and attention to detail;
Well-presented with a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised service and support to property owners and guests;
Carry out check-in and check-out procedures;
Process invoicing and verify charges;
Provide information on QDL Residences services, resort facilities, and the local area;
Manage reservations and support the day-to-day needs of property owners;
Ensure an outstanding level of service, aligned with the premium standards of QDL Residences.
