Receptionists - QDL Residencies

The Quinta do Lago Group is expanding and, to support this growth, we are looking to strengthen our Reception teams with motivated, dedicated professionals who are focused on delivering an excellent service to our owners and guests.
Professional experience in a Reception role;
Experience in administrative organisation;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Knowledge of the Host system (preferred);
Availability to work shifts, including weekends;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
High sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity;
Strong time management, organisational and planning skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail;
Well-groomed and professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer service and guest assistance;
Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures;
Processing billing and verifying guest charges;
Providing information on attractions, activities, services, and facilities of the resort and the surrounding region;
Managing reservations and supporting guests’ needs.
