The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Front of House - Receptionist Night Auditor at The Magnolia Hotel.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good time management, organization and planning skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Flexibility of working hours
• Availability to work night shift (11pm to 8am) with rotating days off (eliminatory factor)
• Customer and detail oriented
• Autonomy, proactivity, dynamism and commitment
• Good presentation and personal care

• Customer service
• Check-in and check-out
• Invoicing, checking consumption of customers
• Tourist information
• Night Auditor function in the Night Auditor's days off
• Contact suppliers and follow up on requests for installations made by flat owners
• Provide access to the flats to people duly authorized by the owners, namely decorators amo520ng others
• Make Spa and Restaurant reservations for customers
