As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen the Reserva Luxury Apartment's Reception team with motivated, dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an exceptional service to our property owners.

Professional experience in the reception area
Experience in the area of Administrative Organization
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Knowledge of the Host Program (preferential factor)
Availability to work shifts (including weekends)
Good interpersonal relationship
Ability to work as part of a team
Responsibility
Good time management, organization and planning skills
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Customer and detail oriented
Autonomy, proactivity, dynamism and commitment
Good presentation and personal care

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised service and support to property owners and guests;
Carry out check-in and check-out procedures;
Process invoicing and verify charges;
Provides owners and guests with information about attractions, facilities, services and activities inside or outside the resort
Manage reservations and support the day-to-day needs of property owners;
Ensure an outstanding level of service, aligned with the premium standards of QDL Residences.
