The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting Quotation Surveyor (M/F) for Q Landscape Department.

Previous work experience 

Proficient level of knowledge in reading, writing and speaking Portuguese and English

Degree in landscape architecture, agronomic engineering, civil engineering or certified quotation surveyor course

Proficient computer skills (email, internet, spread sheets and AutoCAD)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise projects and multitask

Ability to work as a team member

Good time management skills

Strong organisational and planning skills

Attention to details and problem solving skills

- Analysis of garden projects and bills of quantities
- Market research and hiring subcontractors and suppliers
- Drawing up garden construction budgets
- Ordering plants and materials
- Preparing and monitoring invoices
- Drawing up work schedules
- Drawing up measurement records
- Cost control
