Quinta do Lago is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join its Real Estate team. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in the luxury property sector, strong commercial drive, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to both national and international clients.

 

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high‑end properties, guiding clients through all stages of the buying and selling process, developing commercial analyses and strategies, and representing the brand at exclusive events. This role plays a strategic part in expanding the business, directly contributing to the growth of the client base and to the commercial performance of the group.

  • Proven experience as a estate agent or sales consultant in the luxury real estate sector
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Algarve region and its luxury developments
  • Well mannered, with a professional demeanour and positive attitude
  • Results-driven and a client‑service mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills, particularly in time and task management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people of different cultures, backgrounds, and ages
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and strategic abilities
  • Full driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany clients through all stages of the buying and selling process, from initial contact to the completion of the transaction
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and investment potential
  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients and partners, contributing to the development of the Real Estate client portfolio
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high‑quality sales process at every stage
  • Advise clients on property purchases, sales, or investments based on their needs and profile
  • Carry out comparative market analyses to estimate property values
  • Manage the portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring effective and up‑to‑date promotion
  • Participate in exclusive events, international fairs, and networking initiatives to promote the company’s portfolio and attract new clients
  • Monitor trends in the luxury property market and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay informed about local and international real estate markets, including trends, pricing, and competition
