We are currently recruiting: Minigolf Receptionist.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferred);
Passion for sports and recreational activities;
Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Reliable, organised, and capable of working independently;
Flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner;
Process check-ins, payments, and guest registrations;
Provide information about the mini golf facilities and activities;
Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area and surrounding facilities;
Manage bookings and support the organisation of daily operations;
Deliver exceptional standards of customer service;
Maintain the Mini Golf reception desk in a tidy, organised, and presentable condition.
