As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen the QDL Residences Maintenance Team with motivated, dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an outstanding service to our property owners.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year);
Technical knowledge in various maintenance areas (preferably versatile);
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
Team spirit and good communication skills;
Availability for rotating shifts and weekends, if necessary;
Valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on hydraulic, carpentry, and painting systems;
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure;
Assist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of facilities;
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
Collaborate with other technical and operational teams within the resort.
