We are currently strengthening our Technical Department and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor – Accommodation Division to join our team.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong focus on service quality, capable of coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety and satisfaction for property owners and guests.

Technical or vocational qualification in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance supervisory roles, preferably within the hospitality, tourism accommodation, or property management sectors.
Technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Experience in coordinating and managing teams.
Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including standard Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Valid driver's licence.
Resident in the Algarve region.
100% on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team assigned to the accommodation units.
Plan, allocate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure the prompt resolution of faults and incidents reported by guests and operational teams.
Carry out regular inspections of properties, identifying repair and improvement requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and property maintenance standards across all residences.
Coordinate and oversee work carried out by external contractors and service providers.
Manage stock levels of materials, equipment and tools required for operations.
Prepare activity reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
Work closely with the Housekeeping, Guest Services and Property Management teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
