• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques.
• Basic English skills (not mandatory).
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Carry out the daily cleaning of internal areas (rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms) and external areas (balconies, terraces).
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, furniture and equipment in accordance with established standards.
• Wash, iron and care for clothing, bed linen and towels, where applicable.
• Operate mechanised cleaning equipment.
• Replenish consumables and hygiene supplies (paper, soap, disinfectant, etc.) as required.
• Ensure the correct use and proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and products.
• Identify and report faults, damage or maintenance requirements to the responsible teams and supervisors.
• Ensure the correct separation and management of waste.
• Comply with internal health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with other operational teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and the ordering of required supplies in coordination with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and cleaning activities.
