We are looking for a dynamic and innovative General Manager to lead our teams and ensure that our guests have a memorable stay.
We seek someone with assertive leadership and multifaceted management skills, capable of overseeing the strategic development and multi-functional coordination of various business areas in order to achieve the set objectives.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in 4 and 5-star establishments.
Higher education degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Strong customer orientation and passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of revenue management and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all operations of The Magnolia Hotel and Reserva Luxury Apartments of the Quinta do Lago, ensuring excellence in customer service.
Coordinate and supervise teams, promoting a collaborative and motivating environment.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase visibility and profitability of the apartment units.
Monitor financial and operational performance, providing regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, maintaining adherence to local regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
Promote continuous training and development of the team, ensuring high service standards.
