Financial Technician (Income Auditor)

We are looking for a Financial Technician (Income Auditor area) to join our team.
1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality/tourism sector;
Technical or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, or another relevant field;
Knowledge of PHC Management Software (preferred);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good command of English;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, responsibility, dynamism, resilience, with good communication and teamwork abilities;
Ability to work with new technologies and different software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process invoices and payments from different points of sale, ensuring compliance with internal procedures through the group’s platforms (PHC, Golf Manager, and HOST);
Verify the daily integration of billed and received amounts across various outlets, ensuring all documents are properly accounted for according to current fiscal and legal regulations;
Analyze daily revenues and ensure that amounts are updated and accurately reflected in the systems;
Prepare and publish daily operational and financial reports, namely the Daily Info and Daily Report;
Confirm that amounts received at different outlets are correctly deposited and reflected in the company’s accounts;
Manage the payment terminal network (TPA), both physical and electronic, in coordination with payment service partners;
Verify commissions applied to electronic transactions, ensuring the accuracy of amounts charged by payment processing entities;
Collaborate in identifying and resolving pending amounts in bank reconciliation, such as open deposits or discrepancies;
Support the monthly revenue audit closing process, ensuring all documents are posted and accounts properly reconciled;
Contribute to the organization, updating, and maintenance of physical and digital archives of documents related to the area.
