We are currently looking for a Finance Technician (Accounts Payable) to join our team.

Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Tourism, Economics or a relevant field
Knowledge of PHC management software (preferred)
Good command of Microsoft Office (user level)
Good command of English
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Sense of responsibility, dynamism and resilience
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ease in working with new technologies and different software systems

Key Responsibilities

Validate and register supplier invoices
Manage accounts payable ledgers, analysing balances and performing reconciliations
Maintain regular contact and follow-up with suppliers
Provide clarification regarding supplier payments
Ensure compliance with closing deadlines
Guarantee adherence to payment deadlines
Support day-to-day treasury processes
Carry out other administrative support tasks within the department
