F&B Cost Controller Department — Finance / Accounting

We are looking for a F&B Cost Controller for Finance Department (M/F).

• Strong Microsoft Office skills;
• Ability to speak and write in different languages.

• Open the folders from each F&B outlet
• Conduct inventories at the restaurants
• Perform cash controls
• Perform the monthly close of F&B
• Controll F&B accounts
• Control stocks
• Control internal F&B consumptions
• Launch stock invoices
• Provide daily info
• Configuration of ZS/Concept/Host
• Control the F&B outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
• Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget
• Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the Property Management systems (PMS)
• Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded
• Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management
• Support the monthly close of the Finance Department
• Collaborate in the organization and maintenance of the general archive
