The Events Operative is responsible for supporting the coordination and operationalisation of the Quinta do Lago group's events in its different areas: weddings, meetings, events, sporting events, internal human resources events, among others.
Events management experience
Knowledgeable on leisure hospitality
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Ability to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all details of events
Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to
Book talent, including musicians, bands, and DJs
Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations
Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants
Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Negotiate and secure event space
Secure sponsorships
Manage correspondence
Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.
