Digital Marketing Specialist (M/F) Department — Marketing


The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist (M/F).

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programmes to support the expansion and growth of the company’s services and products. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications, preferred
  • Previous work experience in related position
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, and development and constraints
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital media campaigns in-house and support digital marketing suppliers, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, including web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as newsletters, landing pages and banners
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, app and blogs)
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Liaise with Marketing, Social media and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and trends
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Track and measure Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
