The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Cooks 1st and 2nd (M/F) for the restaurant its boutique hotel, The Magnolia Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food preparation
  • Dish preparation
  • Reception, storage and conservation of products necessary for the confection
  • Execution of the culinary operations
  • Plating
  • Manage adequately the time for the accomplishment of the tasks
  • Hygiene of the utensils
  • Care in the use and maintenance of equipment, machinery and material resources
