The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Cooks 1st and 2nd (M/F) for the restaurant its boutique hotel, The Magnolia Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Food preparation
Dish preparation
Reception, storage and conservation of products necessary for the confection
Execution of the culinary operations
Plating
Manage adequately the time for the accomplishment of the tasks
Hygiene of the utensils
Care in the use and maintenance of equipment, machinery and material resources
