• Experience in a golf environment or similar roles (Valued);
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation;
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team;
• Compliance with workplace safety regulations;
• Adherence to golf etiquette standards;
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.

• Clean and inspect rental clubs, buggies, and trolleys daily.
• Prepare and organize buggies for customer use.
• Check rental tickets issued by reception to confirm payment.
• Welcome customers with friendliness and professionalism.
• Support the Starter in managing the staging area and player flow.
• Collect balls and baskets from the practice area when needed.
• Assist in tournaments and special events.
• Repaire pitch marks and replacing divots on the course.
• Ensure compliance with golf safety standards and etiquette.
