The Quinta do Lago Group is hiring a Buggy Park Attendant (M/F) for its Golf Courses, responsible for carrying out specific tasks within their area of operation. The Buggy Park Attendant is in charge of cleaning and maintaining rental equipment, as well as organizing the areas surrounding the buggy park.
Experience in a golf environment or similar roles (Valued);
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation;
Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team;
Compliance with workplace safety regulations;
Adherence to golf etiquette standards;
Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and inspect rental clubs, buggies, and trolleys daily.
Prepare and organize buggies for customer use.
Check rental tickets issued by reception to confirm payment.
Welcome customers with friendliness and professionalism.
Support the Starter in managing the staging area and player flow.
Collect balls and baskets from the practice area when needed.
Assist in tournaments and special events.
Repaire pitch marks and replacing divots on the course.
Ensure compliance with golf safety standards and etiquette.
