Bartender 1ª (M/F) - Restaurant Bovino Department — F&B - Food and Beverage

The Quinta do Lago Group is looking for a dynamic and dedicated 1st Class Bartender (M/F) to join our team at Bovino Restaurant.

• Proven previous experience in the role;
• Solid knowledge of mixology and bar techniques;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit;
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (preferred).

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity;
• Ensure the quality and presentation of drinks according to company standards;
• Provide personalized and welcoming service to guests;
• Manage bar stock and assist with product replenishment;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace;
• Collaborate with the team in creating new drinks and menu suggestions;
• Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
