At a time of strong growth and evolution across our F&B portfolio, we are looking for a Barista/1st Waiter – PURE Outlet - Part-Time (Morning / Evening Shift), with a passion for coffee and hospitality, to join our team and actively contribute to this journey.

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to the highest quality standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the outlet.

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role (preferred)
Knowledge of coffee techniques (extraction, latte art, etc.)
Ability to deliver table service with elegance and attention to detail
Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanour
Team spirit, proactivity, and a friendly attitude
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Availability to work rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and other speciality drinks with quality and consistency
Ensure the proper operation and basic maintenance of coffee equipment
Welcome, serve, and advise guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a memorable customer experience
Provide recommendations on the menu and respond to requests with attentiveness and courtesy
Maintain and support cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service area
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth service, in line with PURE’s standards of excellence
Support other operational duties within the outlet whenever required
