The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Barista and Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at PURE Restaurant.

PURE is a modern and welcoming restaurant located in the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort, renowned for its healthy offerings, relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional service. We are looking for a versatile hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Proven experience as a barista and waiter/waitress 1ª
• Skilled in coffee techniques (extraction, latte art, etc.)
• Ability to deliver elegant and attentive table service
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Team spirit, initiative, and a friendly attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Availability for flexible working hours

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with consistency and quality
• Execute table service with professionalism, ensuring a memorable guest experience
• Advise guests on the menu and respond to requests with care and courtesy
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and dining area
• Collaborate with the team to uphold PURE’s high standards of service.
