This lovely townhouse is located in the Vale dos Pinheiros condominium in Quinta do Lago. This property has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. While entering the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen on the left side and an opening to the dining room and living room. Going through the hall you will find a spacious living room with large windows, that lead out onto the garden where you can relax in the sun lounges or have a family barbecue, by the dining area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a terrace with lovely garden views, as well as the twin bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. The property includes Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and parking outside the property The condominium has a well-kept communal area inviting you to stroll down to the pool area where you can enjoy sunbathing, or go to the gym. The communal area also has a children's playground with a swing and slide, a tennis court and a restaurant.
