Acceptance of Terms By accessing of using the booking engine provided by Quinta do Lago, you agree to to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the booking engine.
Use of the Booking Engine
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the booking engine. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Quinta do Lago.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the booking engine, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Quinta do Lago immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Booking Process
Availability: Quinta do Lago does not guarantee the availability of any golf course, tee time, or other services listed on the booking engine.
Accuracy of Information: while we strive to provide accurate information, Quinta do Lago does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the booking engine.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Invoice: An invoice is available to be sent digitally. You can request this by contacting us through the following e-mail address: accountsreceivable.sgql@quintadolago.com
Refunds and Cancellations: You may request the cancellation of your booking by e-mailing reservas@quintadolago.com. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the date of your first round, will be refund in full. When requested with less than 7 days, there will be a full charge of the amount and fees.
User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) use the booking engine for any illegal purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the booking engine; (c) attempt of gain unauthorized access to any part of the booking engine; (d) use any automated means to access the booking engine; (e) transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
Intellectual Property All content included on the booking engine, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quinta do Lago and it’s protected by copyright and other laws.
Limitation and Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quinta do Lago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Portuguese laws, without regards to its conflicts of law principals.
Changes of Terms Quinta do Lago reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the booking engine following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
