Charming five bedroom villa located in Parque Atlântico, in the heart of Quinta do Lago Resort.
The double entrance doors open to a hall that gives access to different areas through steps: straight ahead are steps leading to the master bedroom suite comprising a large bedroom with king size double bed, windows looking out over the garden, a TV, a dressing area and a large bathroom with hydro bath, walk in shower and double sink, on the left are steps leading to a corridor with three en suite bedrooms and on the right there are steps leading down to a fully equipped kitchen and another living/TV/dining area. A fifth en suite bedroom is located to the west of the kitchen terrace and can be accessed through the outside of the house. In the villa there is also a utility room containing a washing machine and a clothes dryer. From here you can access a lower part of the house and find a cinema/games room with a large projector screen and a DVD player.
