The Sales Manager is responsible for undertaking all actions needed to achieve the budget of the department, setting sales strategy and actions to generate leads, maximizing revenue, grow client database and continue to strive clients’ satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent experiences and distinctive service under the mission and values of Quinta do Lago Group.

Candidate Profile

 

  • Sales management experience
  • Knowledgeable on leisure hospitality and MI
  • Ability to work as a team player, thriving for results 
  • Aptitude to prioritize and multitask simultaneous projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Costumer service oriented
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Undertakes all actions to overcome sales targets and budget
  • Defines and implements strategic sales plans & actions to generate leads, maximize revenue and extend client database
  • Strive for clients’ satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent experiences and distinctive service
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor results and outline goal focus 
  • Execute with diligence all business booking process and supporting junior members development
