Job summary

We are looking for a The RESERVA Resident Manager (M/F)

The Reserva Resident Manager oversees daily activities on the RESERVA property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Higher Education – Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Public Relation or related field preferred

Previous work experience as:

• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management/ condominium.
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software’s (Host)
• Customer service orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations.
  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Handling complaints, and oversee the service procedures.
  • Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan
  • Manage on-going profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
  • Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the management and stake holders.
  • Contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipments and services.
  • Act as a final decision maker in hiring staff.
  • Coordination with HOD's for the execution of all activities and functions.
