Real Estate Property Consultant Department — Qta Real Estate

Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Real Estate Property Consultant (M/F) to join our Real Estate team. 

The Real Estate Property Consultant is responsible for listing and selling properties. His/her duties include, but are not limited to, interviews with prospective clients (vendors and buyers), accompany clients to property sites, discuss conditions of purchase and sale, and prepare / draw up real estate contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and closing statements.

• Experience in the luxury property market (knowledge of the Quinta do Lago market is a plus)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English language
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Attention to detail

• Perform market prospection for new listings;
• Maintain and update listings of available properties;
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value;
• Advertise listed properties to other realtors and potential buyers;
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients;
• Attend properties viewings with prospective buyers;
• Assist prospective clients with identifying areas to look for property and suitable properties for their needs;
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them;
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms;
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, purchase agreements, closing statements etc.);
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors;
• Coordinate deal closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds;
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
