Job summary

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant (Travel & Expenses) for Finance Department (M/F).

Candidate Profile

  • Higher Education;
  • Previous work experience in administrative area;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Patience and good problem solving skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Ability to speak and write in different languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book flights and accommodation for business trips (at best available price and following the T&E QDL group policy)
  • Reconcile expenditure’s on hotels and accommodation
  • Match travel costs with yearly budgets
  • Manage requests of petty cash for Trips
  • Month end T&E reconciliations
  • Negotiating contracts and fees
  • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
