Yoga for Anxiety and Stress relief Workshop - June

This practical educational and demonstrational workshop will teach you how to manage stress and overcome anxiety with this yoga workshop. This workshop will incorporate principles of yin yoga, affirmations and guided meditation. Registration is 35€ members and 50€ non-members.
