Learn how Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation can help you achieve optimal health by boosting stagnated or depleted energy (chi) within your body as well as promoting a host of health benefits such as reducing inflammation markers, nourishing your joints and improving your mental wellbeing.
In this workshop, you will learn the basic practices of mindfulness meditation, and how it can help you ground yourself and restore inner balance. Discover self-practice techniques that can take you from a place of mental chaos to a state of mental stillness, bringing you into the present moment. Learn that you are more than your thoughts, and explore how to encompass self-compassion and loving-kindness.
