Receptionists 1ª/ 2ª - (M/F) Department — The Magnolia Hotel

The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Front of House - Receptionists 1ª/2ª  at The Magnolia Hotel.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good time management, organization and planning skills;
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing;
• Flexibility of working hours;
• Availability to work night shift (11pm to 8am) with rotating days off (eliminatory factor);
• Customer and detail oriented
• Autonomy, proactivity, dynamism and commitment;
• Good presentation and personal care;

• Customer service;
• Check-in and check-out;
• Invoicing, checking consumption of customers;
• Tourist information;
• Contact suppliers and follow up on requests for installations made by flat owners;
• Provide access to the flats to people duly authorized by the owners, namely decorators among others;
• Make Spa and Restaurant reservations for the customers
