Candidate Profile

- Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship.
- Academic qualification in Management, Business Management/HR
- Responsible, organised, dynamic person, likes team work;
- Good presentation and excellent interpersonal relationship
- Good knowledge of English,
- Good knowledge of English, -Knowledge of computer skills in user's perspective
- Immediate availability

 

Key Responsibilities

- Support in the definition and implementation of a Human Resources strategy;
- Support in reorganisation of data analysis information Human Resources data analysis;
- Support in identifying patterns of data analysis and find opportunities for improvement;
-Support in the construction management information systems and reports of Human Resources Business Intelligence;
- To acquire general knowledge in the area of Human Resources Management Acquire general knowledge in the area of Human Resources Human Resources Management (administrative area and operationalization and process management);
-Working concepts and notions of human resource management aimed at preparing professionals able to perform any task inherent to carrying out any task inherent to this area;
- Develop practical skills of management and administrative and organizational planning;
- Develop knowledge of PHC software in Human Resources Human Resource Management.
