Operational Excellence Facilitator Junior (M/F). Department — Operational Excellence

The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for Operational Excellence Facilitator (M/F).

• Management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Power BI
• Knowledge in quality tools for analysis and problem solving (5Why's, Ishikawa)
• Fluent Portuguese (oral and written), Advanced English.

• Mapping current processes and designing new processes in partnership with internal stakeholders;
• Develop and execute internal initiatives for operational excellence and process improvement with a focus on waste reduction, cost optimization, productivity of operations and ensure quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction; 
• Monitor operational performance indicators and use data to identify gaps and support in the developments of action plans;
• Assist in the development of training materials and apply them to the operational teams;
• Provide assistance to internal stakeholders to ensure that programmes and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively;
• Encourage employees for a higher level of motivation and commitment;
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management tools;
• Support in the construction of documentation structures within the area of operation;
• Collect, analyse data and prepare reports to enable the monitoring of the evolution of operational management tools and customer management systems.
