• Professional experience in a Housekeeping Department in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of English;
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques;
• Ability to detect and resolve problems efficiently;
• Good eye for detail;
• Work quickly without compromising on quality;
• Good customer service;
• Ability to plan and manage work;
• Initiative and autonomy in the performance of tasks, meeting established objectives;
• Compliance with relevant rules and regulations;
• Stress resistance.

• Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the entire RESERVA;
• Supervise the Housekeeping team, plan the department's work and distribute tasks;
• Ensure the hygiene and safety of the rooms as well as the quality of services provided to customers;
• Prepare the Annual Housekeeping Budget;
• Manage the stock of cleaning material;
• Develop and implement cleaning systems and procedures;
• Train a Housekeeping team;
• Prepare reports;
• Perform administrative tasks (schedule, holiday’s requests, etc.).
