With twenty years’ experience, the Quinta do Lago Property Management Team has built up an excellent reputation for the successful supervision of clients’ properties. We focus on three key principles: maximising your investment income, minimising your expenses and maintaining high levels of occupancy.

Always available (we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), we pride ourselves on the long-standing relationships we have with many of our clients and the volume of referred business we receive.

We provide a full management service to include everything from the payment of utility bills to the cleaning of the swimming pool. Our in-depth knowledge of the local area is invaluable when it comes to property maintenance and we have excellent professional contacts across all sectors. Whether you are looking for minor repairs to your home or simply keeping the garden in prime condition, our management team will be able to assist you.

What is more, the team offers a concierge service when clients are resident in Quinta do Lago and will arrange babysitters, chefs and butlers, in addition to booking activities such as golf tee times.

• General Maintenance - we will make regular visits to your property (at least once a week) to clean it, to check everything is working correctly and to ensure there are no signs of damage. We also use statistical analysis and look at invoice patterns to check if there is any evidence of equipment malfunctioning. All repairs are dealt with swiftly and promptly, to avoid any unnecessary expense, according to the instructions of clients. Most emergency repairs will be fixed at the time of the service call. All professionals hired by us are fully licensed and insured.

• Bills - our team is responsible for the payment of all bills including water, electricity, gas a, property taxes, among others. If customers choose to have a car registered in Portugal, the team will handle all payment and licensing details.

• Garden Maintenance - in conjunction with the Quinta do Lago Landscape Team, we will ensure your garden is kept in an immaculate condition. We will also guarantee that your pool is maintained throughout the year. Weekly pool visits involve water quality tests, the sweeping and vacuuming of all surfaces, the cleaning of skimmer baskets and the removal of all surface debris.
